has changed the way many of us do business!  Soon it will effect the way EVERYONE does business!  Case in point.  Our business is located in a newly incorporated city.  Many of us were unaware to licensing fees and requirements since the city did not have accurate merchant information for mailing.  Conversely, less than half the merchants were aware of the new license requirements.
